L4 is a family of highly-skilled and experienced individuals all taking our unique approach to managing senior living communities with purpose. We put purposeful aging into all we do daily. We want to guide a senior living community and see their members, residents and staff thrive in an active and happy environment. All of our management teams are trained in leadership, problem-solving, communication, and other managing areas to help direct each team to be as close-knit as possible. We put the resident first at all times; we pride ourselves on being available to our senior living community members and doing all we can to encourage purposeful aging in all we serve across the continuum.
